Home2Sea is in the “Les Jardins de Vallauris” residence, a leafy estate of pines and palm trees. You enter through your own private, enclosed garden: a real patch of green where children play while parents linger over breakfast on the terrace. A few steps away, the residence's large pool awaits on hot afternoons.
Inside, 40 m² of bright, air-conditioned space. The living room sleeps the parents on a 140 cm sofa bed and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Children have their own world: a ship's-cabin style bedroom with a three-tier bunk bed and a baby cot. Everyone has their own space, and everyone meets outside.
Sheets, duvets and towels are provided according to the number of guests. For a stay for two, the cabin stays closed and serves as a laundry room; from three guests, the whole apartment is yours.

The best of the Riviera, from Saint-Tropez to Italy
Vallauris is one of those secrets locals on the Riviera like to keep to themselves. Set just above the bay of Golfe-Juan, the potters' village won over Picasso, who lived here and made his ceramics from 1948 to 1955; his “War and Peace” chapel can still be visited at the Musée national Pablo Picasso. Below, Golfe-Juan beach, where Napoleon landed in 1815 on his return from Elba, offers a bay of fine sand and calm water, perfect for children.
Above all, Home2Sea is ideally placed in the middle of the French Riviera. The Croisette in Cannes is 4 km away, old Antibes and its ramparts less than 6 km. The beaches of Juan-les-Pins, the Lérins Islands, the lanes of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, the perfumeries of Grasse: all within 30 minutes. Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 11 am.
Keys are handed over in person. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can arrange the meeting.
Any arrival after 8 pm incurs a €20 surcharge.
Parking
No reserved space in the residence. Three free car parks are less than 3 minutes' walk away, and street parking is also possible.
Capacity and linen
Maximum 5 guests, including 2 adults. Please state the exact number of guests: the linen provided and the opening of the children's room depend on it.
Pets, smoking, parties and noise
Pets welcome. They require extra cleaning: a surcharge of €29 per night per pet applies.
Smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You may smoke in the garden, using the ashtray provided. Smoking indoors incurs a €75 penalty.
Quiet. Parties are not allowed. The neighbourhood is calm and respectful, and we owe it the same: no noise after 9 pm. The residence caretaker keeps watch, and any breach ends the stay immediately, without refund.
Cancellation and payment
Two rates to choose from, secure card payment:
Flexible. 30% at booking, balance charged automatically 7 days before arrival. Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, with a full refund. Within 7 days of arrival, the full stay is due.
Non-refundable, 10% cheaper. The stay is paid in full at booking. It cannot be cancelled or changed, and no refund is possible.
In case of discrepancy, the French version of these conditions prevails.
